Ocean Majesty

All cabins are well-appointed and pleasantly furnished. Each cabin has its own private shower, washbasin and wc, telephone, satellite TV with film channel, three radio channels of entertainment and air-conditioning. Cabin categories J and K have DVD players and DVDs will be available for hire on board.
If you intend to make the most of the ship’s facilities and the shore excursions on offer, you may only need your cabin to be a base in which to settle at night. The most economical option is an inside two-bedded cabin, on Jade deck in category A. However, if you think you will want to spend more time in your cabin, you may want to pay a little more for an outside cabin with a window or porthole, or for a cabin on a higher deck. Categories D and E have a porthole, and all other categories have a larger window. A limited number of double beds are available in category I, and all category K cabins are double bedded. In some cabins in categories A, F, G, H, I, and J an additional upper berth is available, and an additional two upper berths in some cabins in categories A and G. In these, there will be a reduction of up to 60% for extra adults sharing a cabin with two full fare paying passengers – please ask our Holiday Advisors for further information.
Single cabins are available in categories D and E. Some twin cabins are also available for single occupancy in Categories A to I at a supplement of 75% on the prices shown in the price panels.
Whichever category you choose, everyone on board enjoys access to all the ship’s facilities, as well as the attentive service of a cabin steward who will see to your every need throughout the day – a level of service unique to cruising.
Please note A supplement of £25 per person is payable if you wish to choose a particular cabin number.

Take a guided walk along the harbour front, through Nyhavn, the old sailors’ quarter, into mediaeval Copenhagen, where cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and narrow courtyards still dominate. Rosenborg Castle, built by King Christian IV, is brimming with history, and home to fine art, silverware and crown jewels that have passed between Danish monarchs, and well worth a visit.
DAY 4 Cruising
Relax on board as we head for Helsinki.
DAY 5 Helsinki
Finland’s capital is an elegant city with the well preserved charm of a small 19th century seaport. Step ashore to discover such places of interest as the magnificent Uspenski Cathedral and the Lutheran Cathedral with its stunning green dome. Perhaps stroll along the stylish esplanade and pause for refreshment as you cast an eye over the familiar setting of numerous Cold War spy thrillers.
DAYS 6 & 7 St Petersburg
Founded by Peter the Great at the turn of the 18th century, St Petersburg, formerly Leningrad, remained the capital of Russia until the October Revolution in 1917. Today it is one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, with its magnificent Baroque palaces, ornate cathedrals with their shimmering gold domes, and picturesque canals. Our overnight stay ensures you have ample time to join our superb shore excursions. Take time to visit the Hermitage Museum and its astounding art collection, housed in the former Winter Palace of the Tsars; the formidable Peter and Paul Fortress; Peterhof, the Tsars’ extravagant Summer Palace; and Catherine’s Palace at Pushkin. Perhaps spend the evening at the ballet, or at a colourful folklore show.
DAY 8 Tallinn
Discover the treasures of Estonia’s charming capital on a drive around the city’s Old Town, offering a fascinating view of the mediaeval wall encompassing the town. A guided walking tour will take us to see the Russian Orthodox Church, the Gothic Cathedral and the exterior of Toompea Castle. Admire the views over the red gabled roofs and spires of the Lower Town and visit a mediaeval guild house for a performance of Estonian folk dance. Perhaps travel to the museum of Rocca al Mare, a fascinating re-creation of village life in 18th and 19th century rural Estonia, which is set amid a beautiful forest.
DAY 9 Riga
Standing on the shores of the Riga Gulf, Riga is the gateway to the Baltic region and came to prominence during the 13th-15th centuries as a major trading port between Central and Eastern Europe. The historic town centre boasts many fine Gothic and Baroque buildings, yet the town is particularly renowned for its Art Nouveau structures which many believe is the finest collection of this style of architecture anywhere in Europe.
DAY 10 Stockholm
Sweden’s capital is a beautiful city of culture and enchantment. Stroll around the narrow mediaeval alleyways, cobbled courtyards and tall merchants’ houses of Gamla Stan, the mediaeval old town and home to the Royal Palace, which contrast with the glass-walled shopping malls and department stores of the modern city. Be sure to visit the impressive Storkyvan cathedral and the Vasa Museum, home to a beautifully carved wooden warship, painstakingly restored.
