There are a range of cabins available offering different levels of comfort starting with the inside two-bedded cabin on Aegean or Pacific in category A. If you think you will want to spend more time in your cabin, you may wish to pay a little more for an outside cabin with a window or porthole, or for a cabin on a higher deck. Our Junior Suites are the ultimate in comfort with a lounge area and whirlpool bath. We also have a number of Deluxe Suites with a separate lounge and private balcony, making your trip extra special.
All categories have private facitities including a bath with shower, television, fridge, safe and air-conditioning. Suites also have a lounge area, DVD player and whirlpool bath. In addition, Balcony Suites are larger, with separate lounge, private balcony and walk in wardrobe. Categories E & J have portholes, all other outside categories have a ‘picture’ window.

DAY 3 Oslo
The Norwegian capital is full of fascinating sights. Highlights include the Royal Residence; the Viking Ship House; the Kontiki Museum which houses the original Balsa-wood raft used by Thor Heyerdahl for his voyage from Peru to Polynesia; and a museum dedicated to the Fram, the extraordinary ship that helped Roald Amundsen to become the first man to reach the South Pole. Perhaps take the time to visit the Vigeland Sculpture Park, featuring 200 bronze, granite and iron statues created by the artist Gustav Vigeland.
DAY 4 Kalundborg (for Copenhagen)
This Danish city is famous for its five-spired church, which is built in the shape of a Greek cross and dominates the landscape. From here, you can visit the Danish capital, Copenhagen, with its charming streets and picturesque canals. Take a tour of the city to see the highlights, from Amalienborg Palace, and the magnificent Tivoli Gardens. Then make time to see the Chinese sculpture in place of the Little Mermaid Statue on the Langelinie Pier. The Little Mermaid is on display in Shanghai as part of Expo 2010.

DAY 6 Stockholm
Sweden’s capital is a beautiful city of culture and history. Stroll around the narrow mediaeval alleyways, cobbled courtyards and tall merchants’ houses of Gamla Stan, the old town and home to the Royal Palace. Be sure to visit the impressive Storkyvan cathedral and the Vasa Museum.
DAY 7 Helsinki
Finland’s capital is an elegant city with the well-preserved charm of a small 19th-century seaport. Step ashore to discover such places as the magnificent Uspenski Cathedral and the Lutheran Cathedral with its stunning green dome and Sibelius Park with its impressive monument.
DAYS 8 & 9 St Petersburg
One of Europe’s most beautiful cities, with its magnificent baroque palaces, ornate cathedrals and picturesque canals. Our overnight stay in St Petersburg ensures you have ample time to join our superb shore excursions. Take time to visit the Hermitage Museum and its astounding art collection; Peterhof, the tsars’ extravagant Summer Palace; and Catherine’s Palace at Pushkin. Perhaps spend the evening at the ballet, or at a folklore show.
DAY 10 Tallinn
Estonia’s charming capital boasts many treasures. Visit the city’s old town, which offers a fascinating view of the mediaeval wall encompassing the town. A guided walking tour will take us to see the Russian Orthodox Church, the Gothic Cathedral and the exterior of Toompea Castle. Admire the views over the red gabled roofs and spires of the Lower Town and visit a mediaeval guild house for a performance of Estonian folk dance.

DAY 12 Warnemunde (for Berlin)
On the southern coast of the Baltic, the pleasant seaside town of Warnemunde is our stepping stone to Berlin. Join our full-day excursion to see some of the major attractions in the German capital. Don’t miss the Cold War icon of Checkpoint Charlie, Charlottenburg Palace or the Reichstag. For those who prefer to remain closer to the port, a delightful rail journey on the Molli Steam train takes you past a number of pretty villages en route to Kuhlungsborn.
DAY 13 Kiel Canal
Make sure you spend time on deck this morning as we sail through the Kiel Canal. Take in the scenic views as we leave the Baltic and head back to the North Sea.
DAY 14 Harwich
We arrive back in Harwich this morning.

Regional connecting flights to London from only £69
If you can’t fly direct to your destination from your local airport (see individual holiday details), usually you will have the choice of taking a regional connecting flight to Heathrow or Gatwick from as little as £69 per person return. If your connecting flight and your flight from Gatwick or Heathrow is with British Airways or British Midland, your luggage will automatically be checked through to your final destination, so there’s no need to collect or check your luggage in twice.

Make your own way and save up to £150 per person
You may want more flexibility to make your own travel arrangements to combine your trip with visits to friends and relatives or travel from an airport which we do not offer. If so, why not take advantage of our make your own way option. We offer a reduction of £150 off many of our holidays to allow you to make your own arrangements, if that is what you want. Details of where this option is available are shown on each holiday.
Please remember that these arrangements do not include flights or transfers and you will need to make your own travel arrangements at the beginning and end of your holiday.

Getting you there - Worldwide Holidays
To get your holiday off to a great start, we offer a range of transfer options with our compliments.
You can choose from the following options:
1. Experience door-to-door travel with Page & Moy (2009 departures only)
If you live within a 250-mile drive of your departure airport, we will arrange for a taxi to pick you up from your door and take you to the airport, and drop you home on your return, with our compliments.
2. FREE Connecting flights
If you live further than 250 miles from the airport, or if you prefer, you can opt to transfer to the main departure airport by a connecting flight from an airport closer to home (subject to availability).
3. FREE National Express coach travel
Alternatively, why not choose coach travel on the extensive national express network, with over 1,200 collection points nationwide. What’s more, we’ll pay for your ticket!
4. FREE airport car parking (2009 departures only)
If you would prefer the flexibility of travelling independently to the airport, we are pleased to offer
the option of free parking at your departure airport.
